Shipping & Returns

Every order is handled with care so your luxury extensions arrive safely and on time. Please review our guidelines below before placing your order.

Shipping & Processing

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday begin processing the following Monday.

Please note: Express shipping speeds up delivery after your order ships β€” it does not replace our processing time. Every order still goes through the standard 2–3 business day processing period before it leaves us.

Shipping Protection

We offer Route Shipping Protection to cover lost or stolen packages. If this option is removed at checkout, your order will not be protected against delivery issues. Route claims may take up to 30 days to process once proof of non-delivery is provided.

Tracking

Your tracking details activate within 24 hours of receiving your tracking email β€” please check your spam folder if you don’t see it. If no tracking number arrives after 3 days, contact us at 1-833-904-1267.

Orders & Cancellations

Changes to Your Order

Because we process orders daily for fast delivery, orders cannot be changed or modified once payment is completed.

Cancellations

Orders that have already been processed and are then canceled are subject to a $35 restocking fee.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns on unopened hair extensions within 7 days of delivery. All refunds are issued as store credit only. Please contact customer service before returning any item so we can provide the correct return address.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, hair extensions must be:

  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In undamaged packaging

Items that have been opened, altered, or damaged do not qualify for a return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. We strongly recommend a tracked shipping method β€” USPS is preferred. Nikki Smith Hair Collection is not responsible for lost returns.

Payments & Ordering

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

All transactions are securely encrypted, and your payment information is never stored on our site. At checkout, simply enter your card details and click Confirm Order to complete your purchase.
