Hair Extensions Policy




1. Processing, Shipping & Handling



Processing time is 2–3 business days before your order ships. Processing takes place Monday–Friday.

Orders placed on Friday begin processing the following Monday.


Shipping Verification

Orders over $200 require verification before shipment. Customers must provide clear photos of their government-issued ID and the card used for the purchase. Orders ship once verification is complete. No exceptions.


Shipping Insurance

We offer Route Shipping Protection to cover lost or stolen packages.

If this option is removed at checkout, the order will not be protected against delivery issues.

Claims through Route may take up to 30 days to process once proof of nondelivery is provided.





2. Tracking Updates



Tracking details activate within 24 hours after the tracking email is sent.

If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

If no tracking number is received after 3 days, contact customer service at 1-833-904-1267.





3. Order Changes



To ensure fast delivery, all orders are processed daily.

Once payment is completed, orders cannot be changed or modified.





4. Returns



We accept returns on unopened hair extensions within seven (7) days of delivery.

All refunds are issued as store credit only.

Please contact customer service before returning any item to receive the correct return address.





5. Return Requirements



Returned hair extensions must be:


  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Packaging must be undamaged



Items that are opened, altered, or damaged will not qualify for a return.





6. Return Shipping



The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Nikki Smith Hair Collection is not responsible for lost returns.

USPS is the recommended carrier for returns.





7. Order Cancellations



Orders that have been processed and then canceled are subject to a $35 restocking fee.





Payments & Ordering



Our preferred payment method is PayPal, one of the most secure ways to pay online.

We accept: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.


We do not have access to your credit card information—your data remains protected through PayPal.


At checkout, select PayPal, click Confirm Order, and follow the prompts to complete payment using your PayPal account or a credit/debit card.
