Yes, all of our hair extensions are made from 100% high quality human hair. We do have a synthetic wig collection which is stated in the product selection.

How long does Nikki Smith Hair Collection extensions last?

With proper care , our virgin hair can last 6-12 months. Our Raw hair textures can last 2-3 years.

Can I dye the hair extensions?

Yes, our 100% human hair extensions can be dyed, bleached , heat styled.

How do I care for my Nikki Smith Hair Collections extensions?

Use Sulfate-free shampoos, conditioners and minimal heat styling to keep your extensions in top condition. Always store your hair extensions in the satin bag when not in use.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed quickly and typically arrive 2-5 business days.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within seven days on unused hair extensions in its original packaging. Quality control will determine after inspection if you qualify for a full return minus a restocking fee of $35. We do not provide refunds in the form of cash or credit back to your payment method. Instead, all refunds are issued as store credit.
