How to Care for Your Ponytail

Wash gently with shampoo & conditioner. Cleanse with a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, stroking downward without roughing up the hair, then rinse thoroughly.

Air dry. Let your ponytail air dry fully to keep its smooth shape and finish—avoid wringing or rough towel-drying.

Always use a heat protectant. Because this is 100% human hair, you can flat-iron or curl it—just mist with our Heat Protectant Spray first and keep tools at 400°F or below, never exceeding 400°F.

Secure with care. Smooth your natural hair into a ponytail, wrap and secure the drawstring snugly around the base, and click the combs in for all-day hold—brush from the ends up while holding the base to prevent tension.
