#2/8/2 Mushroom Brown is the softest contrast we carry. Cool-toned, barely-there dimension. If you've never colored your hair and you want to test the water, start here. It reads expensive and understated.
#4/27/4 Honey Chestnut is the one I'd call the true fall shade. Warm caramel running through the ends over a deep brown base. On warm and neutral skin tones this one glows, and it photographs beautifully against burgundy, camel, and cream — which is most of what any of us are wearing between now and January.
#6/70/6 Ash Blonde is for anyone who wants blonde without brass. Cool through and through. If you've fought orange tones before, this is your shade.
#8/70/8 Toffee Blonde sits right in the middle: a light brown base melting into warm blonde. It's the most versatile of the group and probably our most-requested.
#T2/8/24 Golden Honey is a true ombré melt, dark root falling into golden blonde. High impact without going platinum.
#2/613/2 Platinum is the highest contrast we make — dark root to platinum ends. This is the New Year's Eve shade. Dramatic, editorial, and it turns a simple straight install into a whole statement.
Why the matching closure is not optional
Here's where I want to be direct with you, because I see this mistake constantly.
People invest in beautiful colored bundles and then pair them with whatever closure they already have in a drawer. The bundles are hand-painted with a shadowed root and bright ends. The old closure is one flat color. So now your part — the single spot everyone's eyes go to first — doesn't match the rest of your hair. All that money, undone at the hairline.

The 5x5 size matters too. That's a five-inch by five-inch parting space across the top of your head, which means you can part in the middle one week, deep on the side the next, and off-center for the holiday party — all from one closure. And HD lace is genuinely thinner than transparent lace. It melts into the scalp with far less plucking, bleaching, and fussing at the hairline.
How to build your fall install
Bundles: available in 18", 20", 22", and 24" at 100 grams each, double machine weft. For a full, voluminous look I recommend 3–4 bundles. Shorter lengths look full with 3; at 20" and longer, go with 4.
Closure: available in 16" and 18", 150% density, hand-tied free part.

I say this every year and I'll say it again: the week of Thanksgiving is not when to start thinking about your holiday hair.
Our balayage pieces need 5–7 business days for processing and shipping, and then you still need to get on your stylist's books — and stylists are fully booked in the back half of November. If you want this hair installed for Thanksgiving, order in the first half of October. If you're aiming for Christmas or New Year's, early November keeps you comfortable.
Make it last
Raw hair is the longest-lasting hair we carry. With proper care, the bundles will give you up to two years or more and can be reinstalled again and again. The closure takes more wear — it sits at your hairline and gets lifted every few weeks — so plan on about a year.
To protect the color: wash with sulfate-free products in cool water, condition from mid-shaft to ends, air dry when you can, and always use a heat protectant before you flat iron. Store the hair braided or wrapped, and keep the closure on a mannequin head or in a satin bag between installs. And at night, a satin bonnet. Every night. Cotton pillowcases pull moisture out of the ends, and the ends are exactly where your balayage lives.
One last thing: because the color is already done for you, please don't re-dye or bleach these pieces. Additional processing compromises the cuticle and cuts their life short.
